Haryana Govt Allow Property Registration from Anywhere

In a move to ease the process of registration of sale deeds or properties, the Haryana government will soon launch a centralized system of land records that will allow registration of properties from anywhere in the state. Under this system, the buyer of a property in Haryana would actually be able to register it at a place of convenience in the state as it would not be mandatory to visit the concerned district or tehsil, where the property is actually situated. The project to digitize the land records of the entire state is going on and is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Haryana, which will be the first state in the country to create a centralized system for its land records, will implement the new system of property registration by early next year.
