“Gujarat RERAPEDIA” New Platform for Gujarat RERA

In the last 3 years since the RERA was introduced in India a lot of changes have been made to the RERA law and it is difficult to keep up-to-date on this law. GUJARAT RERAPEDIA is an answer to this problem faced by real estate stakeholders. It was recently launched by Shri Durgesh Buch (President of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce) and is available to everyone for free. Gujarat - which has always been one of the best-performing state in terms of compliance with RERA laws, now has an online access to RERA laws and all its updates. GUJARAT RERAPEDIA, an initiative which was conceptualized and created by Gujarat RERA Experts, CA Harsh Mehta and CS Loeksh Shah. GUJARAT RERAPEDIA has access to RERA act, rules, notifications and regulations. All are updated with latest amendments:

1. There are interlink between sections and rules. Every mention on any section is linked to that particular section so that on clicking, the other section opens in another tab and we can cross refer both the sections.
2. Also, the link for every rule that are relevant to a particular section are available on the side handle while reading the section.
3. Though the laws are updated with latest amendments, the old provisions are also given for references.
4. Another important feature that we found was a calculator to determine all the government fees.
5. Also, formats for all form are available for quick reference.
6. The FAQ on the website are quite comprehensive and answers a lot of queries faced by the stakeholders, day to day.
