A residential project in Thane, a commercial property called ‘The Gateway’ by The Wadhwa Group at Mulund and a high street retail development in Mumbai’s western suburb called Auris Galleria cumulatively received the highest 1-day sales during the lockdown. The firm witnessed Rs.188 crores of business at a residential project in Thane alone, where majority apartments were 2 & 3 BHK’s in the range of Rs. 1-1.59 crores.
