Four years past deadline, Rudra Palace Heights' buyers still have no flats

Launched in 2010 and booked over the next two years, Rudra Palace Heights in Sector 1 of Noida Extension is a 1,400-unit apartment complex. The delivery of flats was supposed to be completed by December 2015. However, homebuyers claimed that all that the builder has given them till now are promises. Hassled as they are, the buyers have approached the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to seek justice. According to them, the developer has stopped responding to their queries and construction work at the site has come to a complete halt. The builder had given UP-Rera an initial possession deadline of December 2019, but it has overstepped that date too.
