A bench of Justices Arun Mishra and Navin Sinha took note of an expert committee's opinion placed before the top court by advocate Romi Chacko on behalf of Kerala State Coastal Zone Management Authority (KSCZMA), and directed the authorities to raze the buildings within a month and submit a compliance report.
