Embassy Industrial Park has announced Phase II of their warehousing project at Bilaspur, Gurugram. Spread across 40 acres of land, this project will be built with an investment of INR 300 crore. The total covered area of the project is estimated to be approximately 1 million sq ft. The project features connectivity with National Highway 48 and Western Peripheral Expressway (KMP Expressway), located at a distance of approximately 3 km and 7 km respectively. Good infrastructure and connectivity have made this location as an ideal place for the warehousing facility.
To add to the credibility, this project of Embassy Industrial Park has garnered IGBC certificate, the most prestigious certification in the real estate sector for the green building projects. This is the first industrial park in India to receive this certification for the warehousing facility.
The facility is designed with vast open spaces and maintains good landscaping which has helped in improving the air circulation and quality. Also, rainwater harvesting pits have been maintained along the storm water drains which lead to eco-tank. This has helped in increasing the ground water level substantially. Also, to conserve water that gets wasted in the washrooms, the park has designed eco-friendly toilets that can recycle and recirculate water for reuse.
Easy access to resources, retail customer base, availability of skilled manpower and infrastructure, have made Gurugram a prime destination for companies from IT/ITES, manufacturing, logistics, Pharma and automobile sectors. Further, the close proximity to Delhi and Indira Gandhi International Airport has made this location suitable for all business purposes. With a vacancy rate of 11% as of Q1 2020, the corridor has continued to command its lead over other submarkets in the city.
