DLF Cyber city unveiled its New Generation Office Blocks

DLF Cyber city, Chennai ,announced the launch of Phase 3.0 development comprising 3 New Office Blocks and an Integrated Central Amenities & Retail Hub the Aerodrome with a total leasable area of 1.66 mn sq. ft. Phase 3.0 is Designed by M/s Hafeez Contractor. A new Sports HUB with outdoor sporting facilities, gaming and entertainment zone, food court, creche, day-care, gym, banks are the highlights of phase 3.0. The Block 2 development of 4.65 lakhs sqft is ready for fitouts and Block 8 development of 4.17 Lakhs sqft would be ready for fit outs by December 2017.
