DDA's portal for land pooling set for launch on Today

Delhi Development Authority is all set to launch a single-window portal on February 5, where land owners can apply for developing land parcels under the Land Pooling Policy. The portal promises to complete all processes, including receiving applications, verifications, grant of approvals and licenses, etc, in a time-bound manner. It will be the only mechanism through which applications for land pooling will be received. The portal will provide information regarding the boundaries of sectors that will be developed under the policy and the villages that are included in the pooling.Land owners can use the information to register and upload documents, such as revenue papers. It will give authorities an idea of how much land is coming up in a certain sector.
