Credai Nagpur launches app that showcases sanctioned flats

Local chapter of Credai, an association of real estate developers, has launched an app which showcases sanctioned flats available for sale across the city. The app (CREDAI Nagpur Metro) launched on Saturday can be downloaded free of cost from Google Play Store. Credai local chapter president Anil Nair said the app has wide ranges of flats from over 400 projects, ranging from Rs12 lakh to Rs3 crore, and 1BHK to 4BHK. “The app also has flats’ images, area, cost, location, facilities in respective area etc. One can search for flats clicking on an interested area or by size and range of flats. Contact details of builders/developers are also given in the app. This will save brokerage charges. Also, home loans are also facilitated from the app itself,” he said.
