Around 2500 prospective home buyers visited CREDAI Expo at Kalyani Kala Mandir, over the weekend with participation from over 22 plus developers and 5 financial institutions. With the reposed faith of the home buyers post the implementation of RERA, a few developers even saw bookings, which may later translate to sales to the home buyers. Overall, the CREDAI Expo held over the last weekend saw a positive and a good response from all who attended, the developers’ body said in a statement.
Speaking on the Expo, Mr. Adarsh Narahari, Secretary CREDAI Bengaluru said, “The response for both the days was completely overwhelming. It was heartening to see home buyers present at the Expo in such huge numbers. It shows us that the market is recovering and on a growth trajectory.”
“As a home buyer it was a great experience to be part of the Expo. This CREDAI Expo had a great array of projects displayed by the developers. With price of the projects also reasonable I am looking forward to make an investment very soon.” averred a techie, Nagendra who visited the Expo with his family.
“We have seen tremendous response to our first of three expos and this has again strengthened our view that there is a revival of interest in the residential market in Bengaluru”, say Mr. Bimal Hegde, Chairman of Expo Committee.
