Court instructs cops to file FIR against Lodha Group

Dadar Metropolitan Magistrate court has directed the police to investigate and register an FIR against a builder for failing to deliver a flat though payment was made. The 29th Dadar Metropolitan Magistrate PP Deshmane directed the Wadala Truck Terminals police to register an offence against Lodha Group. Lodha Group denied the allegations and said they had offered an alternative flat and the complainant was acting with ulterior motives.
