Bhumika Group partners with Inox Leisure Limited to sign up for Inox Chain of Multiplex

Bhumika Group has signed an agreement with Inox Leisure Limited (INOX), one of the largest multiplex chains in the country for its Mall – Urban Square Galleria, Alwar. State-of-the-art 4 Screen multiplexes spread across approx 23,362 Sq. Ft. area will have a capacity of 736 seats with all modern facilities to offer the best movie experiences in Alwar. It is expected to be operational by March 2021. This deal is for 19 Years tenure to be mutually extended. Inox today is amongst India’s largest multiplex chains with 143 multiplexes and 595 screens in 67 cities (as of June 2019). INOX is known for redefining movie experiences in India, each INOX property is unique with its own distinct architecture and aesthetics Urban Square Galleria is being developed in Alwar by Real Estate major Bhumika Group in JV with Trehan Group. The project would spread across 1 lac sqft area and comprises retail shops, food court, restaurants, multiplex and entertainment zone. The group has already started the construction of the project. The location of the mall near Telco Circle in Alwar is considered as the most desirable because of the nearby residential development and upcoming new projects. Bhumika Group has joined hands with Trehan Group, who is the joint venture partner for this project.
