Bank of Baroda to sell Dena's over 1 lakh sq ft building

Bank of Baroda (BoB) has placed the eight-storeyed corporate office building of Dena Bank on the block with a reserve price of Rs 530 crore. The bank has placed on sale the 9,954-square-meter (over 1-lakh-sqft) office building of Dena Bank through an e-auction on October 18, 2019. The office has been constructed on an area of 2,876 square meters. The building was constructed in 2004 and inaugurated by the then finance minister P Chidambaram. It houses conference rooms, auditorium, library and gymnasium and is equipped with an intelligent building management system.
