Ashiana completes phase I of senior housing project in Chennai

New Delhi-based developer Ashiana Housing has completed phase 1 of its first senior housing project in Chennai, Ashiana Shubham. The project is a joint venture with Arihant Housing. Ashiana Shubham is located in Maraimalai Nagar on the Grand Southern Trunk Road and spans over ground plus three floors. It houses 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments priced ?26.22-?67.38 lakh, according to a press release. Ankur Gupta, JMD, Ashiana Housing Ltd, said in the release that Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mysuru and Puducherry have emerged the most prominent post-retirement destinations in the southern region due to better connectivity, favourable weather, infrastructure, medical facilities, safe environment and cosmopolitan crowd, according to a report. That is one of the reasons for choosing Chennai for the project, he added. The developer has already completed senior housing projects in Bhiwadi (NCR), Jaipur and Lavasa, Pune.
