ART Affordable Housing Finance Ltd. disburses loans worth more than Rs. 105 crore in March

ART Affordable Housing Finance (I) Limited (AAHF) hasdisbursed home loans over INR 105 Crore with over 800 disbursals in the month of March 2018. This is rise of staggering 556% in value over March 2017 while a growth of 300% in units. “Bulk of the disbursements have happened in the low income housing segment and small self-employed customer profiles by leveraging technology and innovative credit methodology to meet the customers’ requirements quickly and in a hassle-free manner,”said Mr. Arvind Hali, MD and CEO at ART Affordable Housing Finance. ART Affordable Housing Finance has a current loan book size of more than Rs. 450 Crore and an equity base of Rs. 375 Crore. The company has spread its roots in 40+ cities through a mix of physical and virtual branches in 6 states; Delhi, UP, Haryana, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Maharashtra.
