Architect Planner Dr.Bimal Patel awarded Padma Shri 2018-19

We at Realty Plus are very proud of Architect Planner Dr.Bimal Patel and his immense contributions to the field of architecture and urban Planning. Realty Plus team would like to extend our hearty congratulations to Ar. Bimal Patel and wish him success for future endeavours. Dr.Bimal Patel has over 30 years of professional, research and teaching experience in architecture, urban design and urban planning. He is the President of CEPT University in Ahmedabad and the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal. He also founded Environmental Planning Collaborative, a not-for-profit, planning research and advocacy organization. His practice, HCP Design Planning and Management Pvt. Ltd., focusses on transforming urban design and planning to make them more effective in improving Indian cities. He obtained a Diploma in Architecture from the Center for Environmental Planning and Technology, Ahmedabad followed by a dual Masters and a Doctorate in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
