Alpine Return SdnBhd, developer of Star Development, comprising of Star Residences and Star Boulevard, is a50:50 joint venture company between MalayanlandBerhad (UM Land) and Symphony Life Berhad (formerlyknown as Bolton Berhad) with Samsung C&T as the trusted builder.
