Afcons Infrastructure's official surrenders following SC's order

Following Supreme Court’s order, project officer of Mumbai-based Afcons Infrastructure Anil Kumar Bachu Singh surrendered before Selu police in the case of illegal excavation of murrum and destruction of land owned by Hyderabad-based Cozy Properties Pvt Ltd. The company allegedly carried out illegal excavation on the land for construction of Samruddhi Mahamarg. Singh was remanded in magisterial custody till November 29.
