ABIL buys Nitesh Hub Mall

City-based real estate firm ABIL has bought over 1 million square feet Nitesh Hub Mall on Koregaon Park Road for Rs 276 crore. As for the future plans, sources in the company said over 8 lakh square feet of office space will be built in the form of a tower on the back half of the existing mall over the next 30 months. In a stock exchange announcement in October 2018, the Bangalore-based Nitesh Estates had said it would sell its 100% stake in the Pune mall to Ela Realty, a special purpose vehicle of the ABIL Group.
