A Grand Finale to Virtual Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards, 2020 - North

The 12th Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards 2020 on North November 27, 2020, concluded on a high note with the leaders of the realty sector joining to share their views at the Realty+ Conclave and some of the most prestigious real estate firms walking away with the coveted Realty+ Excellence Awards. The event commenced with the very inspiring Inaugural Address by Dr. Annurag Batra, Editor-in-Chief & Chairman, exchange4media Group & BusinessWorld followed by the knowledge driven discussions. The first session Going Beyond NCR - Hubs Of Realty Growth & Revival moderated by Ramesh Nair, CEO & Country Head, India, JLL had Speakers: Bhupindra Singh, Managing Director, Office Services (North India), & Regional Tenant Representation, India, Colliers International, Irfan Kazi, Chief Investment Officer - SWAMIH Investment Fund – I, SBICap Ventures Ltd., Tanuj Shori, Founder and CEO Square Yards Consulting Pvt. The session listed the growth centres for real estate around Delhi and the opportunities that lie ahead for developers. The second session Delhi-NCR Office Market- Poised For A Bounce Back moderator was Neeraj Bansal, Partner, COO - India Global and, Head Corridors (ASEAN, HK, Taiwan), KPMG in India. Ltd and speakers Achal Raina, COO,  Raheja Developers Ltd.,  Dr. Ananta Singh Raghuvanshi, Sr. Executive Director – Sales & Marketing, Experion Developers Pvt. The discussion revolved around the better than expected recovery of housing segment and the factors diving the real estate market of Delhi NCR The final session discussed FM At The Frontline and was moderated by Charu Thapar, MRICS, Executive Director - Property & Asset Management, Asia Pacific, Head of Strategy, Platform & Emerging Markets India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam & Philippines, JLL India. The Conclave concluded with the Keynote address by Anshuman Magazine, Chairman, India & South East Asia, Middle East & Africa, CBRE highlighting the top trends of Indian real estate The Awards evening began with the Lifetime Achievment Award Felicitation of Mr. Ved Parkash Dudeja, Vice Chairman, Rail Land Development Authority and his very invigorating Special Address this was followed by the Unveiling of  Realty+ Coffee Table Book- Super CXOs, The Super CXOs joined live to share their leadership tips.
