Ruchi Realty launches new project in Kolkata's Rajarhat

Realty firm Ruchi Realty has launched a new residential project in Kolkata's Rajarhat area. The still unnamed project is proposed to be spread over 3.82 on the main Rajarhat Expressway. The project will consist of 2 hotel towers, 2 towers of serviced apartments and 1 tower of residential apartments. These Apartments are well designed and special specifications in Bedrooms, Balcony, Hall, Painting, Kitchen, Flooring and Toilets. The new residential apartments will provide additional luxury amenities like play area for kids, Swimming pool, Gym, Jogging Track ,Club House, Multipurpose Hall etc. On the occasion of the announcement one of the officials from the company said, "We are very proud of this new project that we are certain will be a new landmark on the Rajarhat Expressway. We have received tremendous response from the people of Kolkata on our previous residential project and we are expecting a good deal of demand here too." He further added, "In the coming months you can expect major announcements with regarding to Ruchi Realty announcing joint ventures or tie-ups of the hotel towers to major international hotel brands."
