Similarly, Pohela Boishakh in Bengal, Gudi Padwa in Maharashtra and Ugadi in Karnataka are observed as New Year on April 15. Buying a home during festive occasions requires due diligence and proper research about the developer’s credibility. A word of advice for the homebuyers would be to make sure that there are no hidden costs and pending project approvals and licenses.
