The registration of properties and projects falling within city and Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) limits under the Real Estate Regulation & Development Act (RERA) 2016 began in AUDA office on Wednesday. All projects and schemes initiated before May 1 will have to be compulsorily registered under RERA before July 31.
The Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers (GIHED), the Ahmedabad chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) was informing its members about the beginning of the registration and facilitating them to register their projects. The deadline for registering the ongoing projects under RERA is July 31.
