PWD decides to turn 300 govt buildings energy efficient in Pune
The public works department of Pune district has decided to make around 300 government buildings in the district energy efficient in the next few months. The new VVIP circuit house, Commissionerate building, Baramati Medical Hospital and upcoming MEDA building would be turned into green buildings.
The public works department of Pune district has decided to make around 300 government buildings in the district energy efficient in the next few months. The new VVIP circuit house, Commissionerate building, Baramati Medical Hospital and upcoming MEDA building would be turned into green buildings.
The state government recently said that all the 5,000-odd government buildings in the state would be made energy efficient in the coming months to ensure energy savings of Rs 100 crore by using retrofitting of conventional electrical appliances for these buildings.
