DTCP directs Unitech to submit plan to resolve the problems in its Harmony society

The Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) has directed Unitech to submit a comprehensive plan to resolve the infrastructural problems in Unitech’s Harmony residential society in Sector 50 of Gurugram. DTCP has received a series of complaints from residents living without occupation certificate and facing several maintenance-related problems. Their problems range from inadequate firefighting equipment to bad roads in the society. Therefore the DTDC has stepped in and asked the developer to submit details of funds required for completing the basic infrastructure work.
