1. How will this new law impact the Abu Dhabi market?

This new law, will be a much needed boost to the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi, especially in terms of overseas investments. It will be an extremely attractive proposition for investors, who will now enjoy the benefits of increased transparency and prospects of clear titles. This will also attract the PR seekers and create a more vibrant real estate scenario in Abu Dhabi.

Not necessarily at this point, owing to the current travails faced by the Indian developers. However when the situation for Indian developers becomes more positive , Abu Dhabi will certainly prove to be an attractive destination for them to explore.  

3. Will Indian homebuyers rush to invest in Abu Dhabi property?

Not necessarily rush, but they will definitely be extremely enthusiastic about having a strong viable alternative to Dubai in the Middle East. With property giants like Aldaar Developers offering extremely attractive real estate, also having benefits of PR and Rental Returns, Indian home buyers are certainly getting enthusiastic about understanding the Abu Dhabi market.  

4. Will this latest development level the playing field between Abu Dhabi and Dubai?

Over a period of time, it certainly will, and if Abu Dhabi can match the modern facilities and modern infrastructure that Dubai offers to an overseas buyer, it will definitely prove to be a worthy competitor.
