Please describe your journey over the past 5 years in the industry?
Sharpening focus on new business opportunities; change in focus areas based on market conditions, working out diversification options for the Group Companies as also in terms of growth and expansion in newer geographical areas. To put it simply, the process of ‘making things change’.
What is the USP of your projects?
Total focus on the end customer and how the project can enhance lifestyles. If I were to respond from a real estate perspective, we do not build square feet of space, we build communities.
What is your biggest strength as an industry leader?
The perception about the ‘Brand’ and the quality of the finished product must have a simple relationship: “under promise, over deliver”. Today, ‘Customer Delight’ has made way for the customer’s ‘experience’, our strength lies in being able to not just meet, but exceed, customers’ expectations.
The industry has seen many ups and downs over the years. You and your organisation have managed to retain its position irrespective of the trends in the market. What is your strategy to ensure that you stay on top?
Ensure high quality work, work done should be relevant to the customers’ requirement, keep ‘in sync’ with market forces. And, hard work always pays!
Did you face any hurdles and overcame the same to ensure your reputation as a leader remained intact?
Anyone who achieves something also gets detractors, that is the simple fact of life. One can’t do much about the ‘nay-sayers’, except to keep on doing good work.
How would you describe customer satisfaction for a completed project?
We do not build just square feet of space, we build communities. If the customer is able to smoothly integrate into the community, we have done our part of the work in the right way – and that smile on the customer’s face is the hall-mark of their satisfaction.
