Pop star Selena Gomez has sold her house to rapper French Montana for USD 3.3 million after dropping price from USD 1.2 million. The 23-year old singer listed her Calabasas property, which sits on three acres for USD 4,495,000 in November but the 31-year old rapper has snapped it up for the bargain USD 3.3 million, reported TMZ. The stunning mansion has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms as well as spa, pool and a waterfall in the back garden. It also contains the parking spaces for 10 cars and a large gym. A listing for the home, when it went on the market, read, “Extremely rare and private compound in the illustrious Mureau Estates gated community of Calabasas. Sprawling over three acres, this exceptional custom home provides every amenity expected of a luxury estate.”French’s new home is near to his ex-girlfriend Khloe Kardashian’s residence.
