London Still Top Spot for Property Investors

Europe’s low interest rates and diversity within the real estate space have provided great fundamentals for property investors according to Colliers Head of EMEA Research, Damian Harrington. HNW investors are increasingly looking beyond office and industrial spaces, to residential investments. Harrington added that while London remains a top spot for international real-estate investors, a lot of cash is being held back amid Brexit uncertainty.
