Kenosha real estate agents have excelled despite tight market

Over the past two years, it has become harder to find houses to sell in Kenosha County, and the tight supply has driven up prices.Despite this, some real estate agents have been able to generate sales through customer service, word-of-mouth advertising and hard work. Felicia Pavlica and Michelle Volkmar, sales professionals with ReMax Newport Elite, 6905 Green Bay Road, are two who have excelled, earning them a place on the list of the Real Trends 2018 Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals.Pavlica was ranked 51st for producing 211 transactions in 2017. Volkmar was 183rd with 141 transactions. Pavlica and Volkmar also have been honored for their performance by ReMax Integra Midwest, the regional brokerage organization.
