Clifton Park real estate team joins Re/Max

A Re/Max office recently opened in Clifton Park, the third new Re/Max franchise to open in the Albany, New York, area over the past two years. Ferdinando Bruno is owner/broker of Re/Max Solutions at Town Plaza at 800 Route 146. Bruno and his family have been involved in real estate for many years, mostly as The Rubinger Team at Realty USA/Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. Bruno's in-laws are Howard and Deanna Rubinger. The new office has nine licensed agents, including Faye Rispoli, also a real estate veteran. Bruno said Re/Max gave him the opportunity to lead the sales team as a broker and openly recruit other agents. The change was discussed before Howard Hanna Real Estate bought Realty USA two years ago. The switch to Howard Hanna wasn't a factor in the decision, Bruno said.
