Blackstone Real Estate’s wing Acquires Swedish Logistics Portfolio

Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of logistics assets located across Sweden. The portfolio consists of 30 assets and had a gross purchase price of approximately SEK 4.2 billion (approximately £360 million). Blackstone Real Estate Inc. provides investment management and advisory services. The Company offers private equity management, hedge fund solutions, closed end and mutual funds, restructuring, and tax information services.
