In October, Canadian listings went live on the portal. Zillow has emphasized that the listing agent and their contact information are featured “prominently,” as well as the brokerage or franchise’s website.
“We’re thrilled each time we welcome more Canadian partners in displaying their listings on Zillow.com, because it’s a win for brokers, agents and consumers,” says Errol Samuelson, chief industry development officer at Zillow Group. “Our Canadian partnerships are already driving increased traffic to Zillow, with more than half a million Canadian home shoppers visiting each month.”
“We are excited for this mutually beneficial partnership with Zillow because HomeLife believes that utilizing technology and adapting to today’s consumer are crucial evolutions in real estate,” says Andrew Cimerman, CEO and founder of HomeLife. “HomeLife prides itself on being a leader in delivering technology-focused initiatives, and the partnership with Zillow is a great example of that.”
“We are so happy to be amongst the first Canadian brokerages to partner with Zillow in Canada,” says Evan Sage, co-founder and vice president of Growth & Development at Sage Real Estate. “When looking to make this decision, we recognized that we shared a core philosophy with Zillow when it comes to putting the consumer’s interests first by maximizing the exposure for our seller clients’ homes.”
“Your Choice Realty is always looking for additional opportunities to gain exposure for our clients’ properties,” says Catherine Johnson, vice president and broker of record at Your Choice Realty. “Partnering with Zillow is a natural fit, as it is one of the largest real estate networks on the web.”
