Being it a place that brings in a sense of belonging, nothing is closer to the hearts of buyers than their own house. A buyer works so hard throughout his life and invests the saving of lifetime to own that dream house someday. And, it is the sole responsibility of the developers to make it worth it.
The developer has to ensure the sense of connect with their house sustains for a lifetime among the buyers.
