- Transition: First step starts with understanding the need for change management. Change is inevitable for growth which no one can dispute, but in real life scenario everyone resists change. Make people understand this phenomenon & try to answer the question “What is in it for me?”
- Transformation:Start this with first understanding the as is process/systems. How the current process is helping the function and employees and what are the new requirements. Identify the gaps by benchmarking with best in class peer industry and determineyour organization’s position. The next steps are standardization of service deliverables. The most essential step is auto piloting it and ensuring the deliverables irrespective of who requests for it. This happens only when you have a well-defined process and systems in place. We also need to take stock of existing skills inventory and identify the new skills required or upgrading of existing skill set to align to the goal.

- Appropriate ISO Certifications
- Technology: If any organization starts this step without going through transition and transformation there is high probability the digitization efforts will go through many iterations/changes before it stabilizes. Which is waste of time, effort and cost. If organizations have gone through the above two steps then the efforts put on this will help creating a sustainable digitization.
