Four Seasons Private Residences  Provenance Land and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts  have unveiled The Residence–the apartments at the Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai, India’s first-ever hotel branded and serviced homes. This is the lowest density high-rise residential project by Four Seasons globally. It comprises fifty- five floors with twenty-six magnificent residences i.e.one-to-two floors per home means and six hundred and fifty-foot high panoramas of Mumbai and the Arabian Sea. The first of its kind in Mumbai, the project allows for a lifestyle reminiscent of the landed residential tradition but with a contemporary twist. The architectural design of the tower is the only one in Mumbai to conform to the global definition of a slender tower i.e. a slenderness ratio (floor to height ratio) of 1:10. This slenderness adds to the elegance and distinctiveness of the tower. The architecture provides for customized facades, so a resident can choose the fine balance between the level of natural light and privacy within their bedrooms - globally this is a first. Secure private entry lobbies will lead into each residence and the art-filled, ground level lobby will connect to the gardens. The Residents’ Club incorporates a state of the art gym, lounge spaces, and a dining/conference room for special gatherings. Soaring an astonishing 650 feet over the city, The Rooftop Lounge and Outdoor Cinema  at the height of 650 feet will be Mumbai’s highest open-air lounge/cinema. Designed by the award-winning architects at the American design firm,Gensler (also responsible for the stunning Shanghai Tower), each apartment is designed with the ethos of bungalow-living. Bangkok’s landscape architecture studio, P Landscape has designed serene private gardens around the tower. And the interiors crafted by Yabu Pushelberg from New York give understated elegance to the residences. Apartments North and South Duplexes, Garden Duplexes, and Penthouses will occupy one and a half or two floors each, with up to six bedrooms for multi-generational families as well as a variety of additional spaces. The oversized apartments not only offer exaggerated views through 80’ x 12’ of uninterrupted glass walls and vast expanses of privacy but will also feature top of the line home automation systems and calibrated lighting. Four Seasons Private Residences offer some of the largest floor areas and room sizes in the city. The Duplexes will provide multiple living areas with the main living and dining areas sprawling over 1600sqft, generously sized bedrooms and master bedrooms measuring up to 650sqft with the option of a second master Spacious his and hers walk-in closets will lead into elegant 5-fixture master bathrooms. The single floor residences will offer living and dining room sizes of 1,100sqft, three impressively large bedrooms and an oversized master bedroom of over 600sqft with his and her walk-in wardrobes and a five fixture marble clad master bathroom.   The Design Elements While the apartments are delivered fully-fitted out, they can be customized as per owner’s needs.
