Assotech unveils Assotech 78 Street and eyes to handover project till June 2021
After handing over the keys to 344 families, another 150 units on cards during festival season Noida, October 25, 2020: Assotech Limited unveiled its commercial complex "Assotech 78 Street " in the Assotech Windsor Court project, sector 78, Noida and announced to hand over the keys to 150 more families in this festive season. Spread over an 11,000 square feet area, Assotech 78 Street will facilitate daily shopping experience to the society having 344 families already. The company has set a target of completing the Assotech Windsor Court project as soon as possible by building another 250 units out of total 744 units. For the convenience of the existing and shifting residents, Assotech Limited has constructed the 28 commercial shops in 78 Street in Assotech Windsor Court. Company's Managing Director Sanjeev Srivastva inaugurated the Assotech 78 Street and also shared his plans to deliver the housing society by June 2021 with residents and home buyers. Assotech Windsor Court is a very ambitious project of the company. In the first phase, Assotech Limited has so far handed over 344 units and all the allottees have been shifted too. By the end of this year the project will hand over keys to another 150 families and the project will enter into its final phase which will be completed by 2021. In this phase, the group has developed its commercial zone "Assotech 78 Street" so that the residents do not have to move away from the society anymore for their daily needs. With the growing population in Sector 78, the demand for shopping zones has also grown up for which residents are dependent on the commercial shops of the neighborhood. 78 Street will also meet the daily shopping needs of 1000-1500 families close to Assotech Windsor Court and will be time saving. The Assotech Windsor Court Project is located close to the metro station of Sector 78 of the Aqua line corridor connecting Noida with Greater Noida. Sector 78 is one of the most premium and established residential sectors of Noida. After delivering Assotech 78 Street, Assotech Limited has also started working fast to house 150 families and construction of last 250 unit to finish the project by 2021.
