ABL Workspaces, a flexible working space provider, has raised a funding of Rs 15 crore from Canada-based Ethik Inc in Series A funding round, the company said in a media release. The fresh capital is raised with the intention to expand its seating capacities and centers from 2,470 to 15,000 by March 2023 across the National Capital Region (NCR). It also intends to develop the team and technology for significant functioning. Akshita Gupta, co-founder and CEO, ABL Workspaces said, "We look forward to expanding our seating capacities to accommodate more businesses. The fresh capital will enable us to strengthen our team and technology more efficiently." In the past 6 months, the company claims to have registered a surge in clientele by 20 to 25% month-on-month. Deepak Goel, founder at Ethik Inc, said, "We believe that co-working is a game-changer for entrepreneurial community. The segment is promising and has attracted the attention of potential investors." Founded in December 2017, currently ABL Workspaces has nine centers in NCR with tenants like Ariston Thermo (Racold), Kotak Bank, Netambit, Clovia, Simba beer among others.
