What resulted was a lush green retreat with access to modern amenities like a well-equipped gym, a large swimming pool, a mini-theatre, an indoor hall for yoga/ aerobics, a children’s play area and games area, a squash court and many many more along with and other open spaces that promotes community living and togetherness.
On the masterplan front, the lower mass of the terrace homes in an L-shape building helps scale the building beautifully and stand-out. The organization of units this way helps in creating a large public plaza within the site. The public place is purposefully placed on the north side to keep it shaded from the harsh sunlight in the summer.
The terrace units overlook the public place, buzzing with activities. A clubhouse packed with amenities is placed at the ground and first floor and spills over to the public plaza with a swimming pool, a children’s play area, a party area along with a mini-amphitheater designed for community events.
During construction, a team of fine craftsman adhered to the highest standards every step in the process, including the material, workmanship, design, blockwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, woodwork and all other fine details. Moreover, we ensured that critical quality tests are done at regular intervals both internally and by external agencies to ensure unmatched quality. The end goal of the project was to design something that catered to the climate, lifestyle and well-being of the community it supports.
