Nagpur has been awarded the Smart City status and is a major commercial and logistics hub in central India TEXT: SREYASI MAITY Nagpur, one of the fastest growing tier-II cities in India and Maharashtra’s second capital is becoming a sprawling center to meet the growing requirement for commercial and residential spaces. The property appreciation has been in accordance with the MIHAN project, SEZ development and the impending Nagpur metro.
