A mini-Anna Nagar with broad roads, layouts, and even an iconic construction of its personal just like the tower, is to come back up on 800 acres round Agaramthen village, 17 km from Tambaram. It would be the first housing venture underneath the land pooling scheme within the state. The Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) is executing the residential venture underneath which 60 per cent of the developed land parcel can be returned to landlords.
