CBRE appoints Parimal Galvankar as the India HR Head

In his new role, Mr. Galvankar will oversee CBRE’s pan India human resources activities related to talent acquisition/recruitment, training and development, performance management, organization development, diversity, compensation and benefits that will impact a workforce of more than 10,000 professionals across 10 offices in India. About Parimal Galvankar: Mr. Galvankar has rich professional experience of 22+ years across multiple industries (IT, Agrochemical and Automotive) with Indian and global multinationals. He has worked in Learning & Development, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Compensation and Business Partner HR functions. He has lived and worked in multiple cities in India, has APAC experience and also completed a 2 year stint at the IBM global HQ in NY, USA. He is a gold medallist in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and HRD from Mumbai (Bombay) University. He also holds a PGCBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur and SPHR and GPHR certifications from HRCI, USA. Mr. Galvankar joins CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd. from Syngenta AG, a Swiss MNC and a global leader in agrochemicals and seeds.
