Worli flat fetches a whopping Rs 1.49L/ sq.ft.
In a marque transaction in the real estate space, a flat was sold for Rs 1.49 lakh per sq.ft. at Breach Candy. The flat at Ashford Palazzo building was sold by Ashford Construction Private Limited to SatishPatwari and SaritaPatwari. The total area of the flat is 225 sq.mts. and the price paid by the buyer is Rs 36.11 crore. This will be the third-most expensive per sq.ft. deal in the past two years. This deal has also come at a time when the real estate market is reeling under pressure. The deal was registered on June 14, and a stamp duty of Rs 1.80 crore was paid by the home buyer. The home buyer is a businessman, who currently resides in Gamdevi. Ashford Palazzo is located at Breach Candy, opposite Breach Candy hospital.
