Vista picks up 60% stake in InduInfra’s Bengaluru office project
Real estate developer Vista Spaces has bought Indu Infrastructure’s 60% stake in a stalled office building project in Bengaluru for an undisclosed amount. The 200,000-sq ft office space, part of the non-core asset of the infrastructure company, had been lying incomplete since 2016. “The structure of the building is ready and it will be completed in the next 12-18 months. We have bought 60% stake of the Indu Infrastructure and the remaining is held by the landlord,” said RaghuveerVeeramachaneni, joint managing director of Vista Spaces. The total cost of construction after acquisition will be about Rs 65 crore, Veeramachaneni said.
