Vipul Giri New President of CREDAI GHAZIABAD (NCR)

Vipul Giri has been elected as the new President of CREDAI GHAZIABAD NCR. The Ghaziabad chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) NCR elected the new leadership team for 2021-2023. The new team led by Vipul Giri takes charge at a time when the Union Government has implemented various reforms for the sector such as RERA and GST, and is focusing on ‘PMAY 2022’ to name a few. With these positive steps, the focus of the new Leadership team will be to work closely with the Government to help achieve these objectives and ensure transparency at all levels. Speaking on the occasion, the newly elected President of CREDAI Ghaziabad (NCR) Mr. Vipul Giri said, “With the set-backdrop of challenges that the sector is currently facing, we have to work extensively specially to meet the post-pandemic challenges. Our team will work closely with various government?departments to shape the future of the region’s realty sector. We will also embrace skill development, clean city movement and labour welfare as abiding commitments. We will also ensure that RERA is being implemented and consumer grievances redressal forum works efficiently to gain more buyer confidence” The newly elected President and his team will take charge at a time when the Union Government has implemented various reforms for the sector such as RERA and GST, and is focusing on ‘PMAY 2022’ to name a few. The focus of the new leadership team will be to work closely with the government and authorities to help achieve these objectives and ensure transparency at all levels. The team has already listed the challenges that the sector is facing, and set clear short-term and long-term goals. The new team at CREDAI Ghaziabad (NCR) will aim at actively engaging with regulatory bodies and its members to ensure Ghaziabad becomes a major destination for real estate investment. The newly elected leadership will be responsible for working closely with various quarters of stakeholders and help to shape the future of the region’s realty sector in the right direction. The biggest challenge that lies ahead for the new leadership team is to work towards changing the perception of the sector that has been facing challenging times from various extrinsic factors, economic and regulatory.
