New Year begins with new hope and good news for the real estate market, which is showing signs of revival. This also brings a welcome news for those who have invested in UNI Homes Bhopal. The realtors have engaged more than 250 labourers to speed up the work, have confirmed identifying a finance partner and are all set to hand over two towers to the authorised owners in January 2018. The market for residential complex is picking up in Bhopal, few projects specially where construction activity is evident and showing results like in UNI Homes, which would hand over 2 new towers in January 2018, has witnessed a new gush in the inquiry level and walk-ins. This is definitely a great sign for the industry as well.
