Two builders shortlisted to finish Granite Gate's projects
Two Noida-based builders — Purvanchal and Jaipuria — have made the cut to submit proposals for takeover of crisis-hit Granite Gate real estate company to complete its 3,500 flats pending at Lotus Panache and Lotus Boulevard housing societies. Granite Gate is facing insolvency proceedings at National Company Law Tribunal. A total of four builders came forward to pitch in for takeover and completion of the pending flats at Panache and Boulevard, of which Purvanchal and Jaipuria have qualified to put forward their completion proposal before the committee of creditors (CoC). The last date for submitting an expression of interest before the CoC was April 30.
