Trimble hosts Tekla User Days 2018 India in Chennai

Global construction technology leader Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB), recently hosted its flagship annual event for Tekla Structures’ professionals in Chennai. Over 250 construction industry leaders and professionals attended Tekla User Days 2018 and with #TrulyConstructible as its theme, the attendees of Trimble’s premier conference got an opportunity to learn, engage and share at the first-ever TUD in Chennai. Learning about Trimble’s hero product, Tekla Structures 2018, attending immersive, hands on workshops, power-packed training sessions, best practice sharing by leading industry speakers, 1st ever Tekla Certification Program, and the creative showcase via a poster competition, not to mention the special evening to honour the awardees of the BIM competition, created a buzz amongst Tekla’s user community in India and neighbouring countries in South Asia. Paul Wallett, Regional Director, Trimble Solutions, India and Middle East said, “The 2018 Tekla User Days featured a star-studded line-up of highly engaging activities and sessions. The jury evaluated participants on how well they utilized Tekla Structures to deliver excellent outcomes through their skills and knowledge, and the winners were awarded for their efforts at a glittering ceremony. #TrulyConstructible was acknowledged by industry leaders as disruptive tech that allows industry professionals to monetize their software investments in a transparent and effective way. Trimble is at the forefront of this change and the various stakeholders in the design, build and operate lifecycle, emphatically stated that this will allow faster adoption of technology and make the industry significantly more efficient and profitable.
