Trehan Group Launches 320 Luxurious Independent Floors in Gurugram
Realty firm Trehan Group, one of the leading developers from Rajasthan with projects in Alwar, Bhiwadi, Tapukara, Neemrana, Navi Mumbai and Faridabad, has announced o a foray into Gurugram real estate market with the launch of 320 high-end luxury independent floors priced in the range of Rs 1.27 crore to Rs 4 crore. The group will invest about Rs 250 crore to develop these 320 independent floors at multiple locations in the heart of millennium city Gurugram. The independent floors will be built on plot sizes of 217 sq. yards to 676 sq. yards. "During this Covid-19 pandemic, we have witnessed a decent surge in demand for plotted development and independent floors. To cater to this rise in demand, we are launching these independent floors across various sectors in Gurugram. All the luxury units will be semi-furnished. The builder floors segment was so far a fragmented market. We believe that it is time to organize this segment, given the rise in demand from home buyers," said Harsh Trehan, Chairman, Trehan Group. These low-rise floors are expected to be delivered in 15 months. The Group is aggressively expanding and has plans to develop over 1,000 units in the next 5 years. Out of the 320 units, 120 would be 3-BHK floors, 152 floors of 4-BHK, and 48 of 5-BHK. The company is also offering flexible payment plans to customers."
