Tata Realty plans Rs. 3,000 cr InvIT for road projects in 2017

Tata Realty and Infrastructure is in talks with investors to raise Rs. 3,000 crore through an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) for its road projects this year. The company plans to increase its present portfolio of 2,200 km of road projects to 5,000 km in the year 2018-19.
